Applied online, got a call to set up 1 on 1 that week. Interviewed with the dept. manager in the area i applied for.
He was really nice which made the experience easier. Asked exactly the same questions that are posted on here. He seemed to be interested in my previous experiences. Only took around 20 minutes. Told me he will forward this to the GM as the next step.
Interviewed with general manage of store and manager of warehouse. Just went through application and talked a little bit about my resume. Questions were very basic and easy to answer.
It was one interview with the manager and they would call you to schedule a work time with you. It was pretty easy and quick. There is no reason why you need to be scared.
