The first interview is a recorded interview with 8 questions. They give you 2 minutes to prep for the question...a 3 second countdown...then 2 minutes to answer the question. No do-overs.
-15 minutes before you are scheduled to leave work you remember the list of tasks from the morning and they will take you about an hour to complete. What would you do?

Typical Interview with standard behavioral questions and role play questions. If you have any experience with interviewing, this should be very straightforward. They also ask about relevant Sales Experience and availability.

If you apply during Black Friday time you got a good shot at getting a first job. Meet with manager/gm in the back room and talk about any prior work experience, mostly behavioral, be alive and talkative, understand this is sales and they want you to attach cards and paid memberships.

The questions weren't necessarily hard to answer, however they did make me think. Think of typical interview questions (how would you handle xyz, name a time when xyz, etc...) Overall not too bad.
