Brief phone interview then an in person interview. The in person began with the HR manager and the company manager, after about 15 minutes of questions with them, 3 people from the department I was interviewing for came in to ask questions. Everyone was very friendly and asked good questions that gave me an accurate scope of the position. Wasn’t a very tense environment either, it was pretty relaxed and inviting as far as interviews go.
