Place was desperate for a warm body. The lack of professionalism with staff and guest makes people wonder how they are still in business. This was at the location i applied at so they all cant be that bad.

Interview is fairly easy. You just have to show your passion. Management is looking for someone that is willing to work for long time. However, pay is not competitive but work itself is really easy.
