PROCESS
Round 1 (Written Test – 2nd Aug 2025):
- Pen-paper round with 5 questions: 1 DSA, 1 SQL, and 3 Aptitude questions. The difficulty was easy. After about 10 days , HR informed me that I had cleared this round and was shortlisted for the technical interview.
Round 2 (Technical Interview – 18th Aug 2025):
- I reached the office on time around noon. Unfortunately, the process was highly unprofessional:
- Waited 1.5 hours at the reception before being told to go to another office across the street.
- Waited another 2 hours before HR finally called me for the interview.
- The interview was not conducted in a separate room. I was seated inside the working area where other employees were performing their regular tasks.
- The interviewer appeared very inexperienced (almost like an intern) and was multitasking — doing their own work while listening to my answers. At times, they expressed visible frustration and used inappropriate language among themselves, creating a distracting and uncomfortable environment.
- The interviewer frequently switched between Hindi and English and seemed unprepared.
- Irrelevant or incorrect questions were asked (e.g., “what is promise.env” instead of process.env).
Overall Impression
The entire process was disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful of candidates’ time and effort. I traveled nearly 200 km for this interview, only to face long delays, poor coordination, and an interviewer who was clearly unprepared.
