I went through three rounds of interviews:
1. An impersonal, pre-recorded video interview where I had to answer set questions on camera
2. A face-to-face interview with HR
3. A case study interview with the hiring manager
Overall, the process initially seemed positive, and everyone I interacted with came across as friendly and professional. However, the experience changed significantly at the final stage.
The decision was repeatedly delayed despite clear timelines being communicated. I was eventually told I would receive feedback within one day, but it took four days to hear back. When I was finally contacted, the rejection was communicated in a very brief and impersonal manner.
It’s worth noting that while the process may appear positive at the beginning, the lack of timely and considerate communication at the end did not reflect the same level of professionalism.
