informal brief and friendly, manager was friendly and helped you along with any difficult moments! No extra tests or questions were required at this time from my experience anyway. Makes the company appear welcoming and friendly although I have heard mixed reviews about this process

1 interview with the manager, very friendly and quite informal, asked questions about my past experience and future goals and any relevant experience I have. Interview was upstairs in the office above the store.

Sent email then met in Cafe. Standard interview very easy. Met with area and standard manager. They asked standard questions that majority of retail places would ask. One bad side was the interview was set in a very full cafe which made the interview very cramped and difficult to communicate in.
