A nice firm with nice people, the interview has a very good overall vibe, and the interviewers are nice and respective. Gives a nice atmosphere to the firm. Pay is not competitive unfortunately

The interview process was too long. 3 rounds and a home assessment. It does not make sense for the type of role, an entry-level analyst role for a fresh graduate.
A lot of steps but people are nice. Would recommend. Try to understand basic investment terms such as npv and irr. There is a quick case study to understand how analytical you are
