I was contacted by the company because I had an internship with them before few months. The whole selection process was online through Google Meet. I had two different interviews: the first one with the CEO of the branch of Tortoreto and the second one with the Human Resources team from London. Each interview lasted more or less one hour

I was contacted by Peak Technical. The recruiter set-up a Skype interview with the COO, VP of Engineering, and a gentlemen whose only question was: "How do you think you'll deal with the commute?" The process took three weeks. I was assured an offer letter via the recruiter, per the COO. Unfortunately, that offer hadn't been approved by HR...

Off the bat, I was told that this role needed to be a dual role, of technical and business development. So, the one-hour interview turned into a two-hour plus discussion. Then there was the HR Director's questions, which were bush-league, at best and, yet another interview with the COO and recruiter.
