first round phone interview with the HR to check work authorization, and second round zoom interview with the lab PI to discuss resume and possible contribution to the lab. there are typical questions like what are you expecting from this position, what is your long-term career goal.

I met with two lab managers separately, and spoke mainly about my education and experience through that. I was then given a tour of the lab prior to meeting the second lab manager.
