Recruiter emailed about phone screen 2 weeks after applying on LI.
Phone screen was 30 min. But it was very rushed and she seemed like she was cramming it in 15 minutes including time for my questions. Too transactional for my taste recruiter.
Next part was take home assignment which had a few questions and an aptitude test. No feedback after submitted
Next round 3 separate interviews via zoom with manager, recruiter, and team lead. Mock call with manager, culture fit questions with recruiter, and general questions with team lead. Recruiter asked the most interesting questions and was way better about being genuine than the recruiter who emailed me. The manager and team lead asked the same questions. Neither interviewers could give me a straight answer on next steps in the process and were kind of just guessing.. Although I asked all interviewers if they had any concern with my candidacy, none of them chose to be honest and share their thoughts. Recruiter did give a tip to email them post interview. Got a generic email the following week but was expecting something more thorough given that their ATS system is Greenhouse which enables them to give a more organized/feedback driven BETTER candidate experience.
Hiring is surging here so getting feedback is highly unlikely, more transactional here.

The interview process consisted of several stages, including multiple rounds of interviews and a comprehension assessment. Following the assessment, I met with the hiring manager and department director to further discuss my experience, skills, and alignment with the role.

A three-round interview process with different members of the team. Mock sales call, behavioral questions, pretty normal stuff. Everyone I spoke to was nice and I was optimistic about my performance.
I made it through the phone screening and was told to wait for HR coordinators to schedule my virtual interview. I waited and waited and never heard back just to find out that the job posting had been closed. It was very disappointing to find out on my own, I was looking forward to moving forward with my hiring process. Wish they could've told me that they reached candidate capacity earlier.. I waited for a while for nothing.
