The overall experience signaled a lack of clarity about what was needed from this position and from the ideal candidate. While I appreciate the opportunity to interview, this experience raised concerns about internal alignment and decision-making. Future candidates should be prepared for an evolving process, and I hope the company takes steps to create a more structured and respectful hiring experience.

Felt like the team was engaged with me throughout my sessions and there was ton of thought put into the questions. Really nice team and culture seems nice. Each teammember seemed to really care about new hires and the fit
