Remarkably, there was no job interview for becoming a therapist on Better Help. But there IS a credentials check and you do have to be fully licensed to contract with this company.

N/A, no questions asked except a few general online questions about toics like "how many hours a week are you avaiable?"
Easy. Basically just apply and you’re in. I don’t remember there being a formal interview at all. I was able to start working pretty immediately. Which is nice if just looking for extra income.
