Applied online and contacted by the recruiter after 3 weeks for a screening call. The recruiter was very professional and responsive. Within a week, I was scheduled a 30-minute interview. The interviewer asked me some behavioral questions and my experience that is related to the role. I can feel that the interviewer shows no interest in talking to me further after realizing my background does not fit that well and that is totally fine in my opinion. I still wanted to do my best. The most terrible part is, at the end, there are still 3 minutes left and I have not finished my questions, the interviewer suddenly said: oh I have a meeting I need to go. Bye. From the LinkedIn profile I can tell the interviewer has worked in many big tech, has extensive experience in leadership, and is probably very busy. But I think it is still important to be respectful to all the interviewees.
