The interview process at BetterUp was a multi-step process that lasted about three weeks. I met with the manager that the role would be reporting to, then the VP level, followed by a panel interview (half day experience meeting both peers and those in management), and finally meeting with someone on the executive team. Although the interview process had many steps, it was an enjoyable experience and I felt like every step was necessary for both them to get to know me and for me to ask all of the questions that I had and get to know the company better. Everyone seemed truly interested in both me and in my experience with the interview process.

5 step interview process 1. Recruiter call (30 min) 2. Hiring Manager Interview (30-60 min) 3. Additional Sales Leadership Interview (30-60 min) 4. Virtual Onsite (3 hours) 5. Executive Interview - VP Sales (30-60 min) Overall it was a pretty standard interview process. They had a couple of case studies/presentations they wanted you to walk through and build, so took some time to prepare. Everyone I spoke to was very nice/professional. I wasn't offered the role. The only criticism would be to give more feedback on why. I was told I made it very far in the process and most don't, but they went with someone else. With the amount of time spent preparing/interviewing it would have been good to get some concrete feedback on why I wasn't selected to learn from for future interviews.
