Informal, casual initial screening call. At the end of the call, they revealed they were no longer advancing candidates. Would have appreciated this information before the interview, but otherwise the recruiter was very friendly and engaging.

The interview process was lengthy, complex and consisted of several rounds of interviews with multiple people. The questions were thoughtful and centered on application of experience to various scenarios, work style, and expectations.
