We had the interview very shortly after I sent it and she was eager to get the process rolling and said I should hear back early next week. Barely asked me about my experience at all, I was the one asking the questions about the position. Never heard from her once, I was an applicant with a lot more experience than what they were looking for. It's blatant they want to hire someone fresh out of college with no experience working for a company so they can mold and groom them as they please...
