Interview Process is much appreciated. During Interview it was like a casual discussion like we have with our Family and Friends. If any Question if not able to answer they gently give response and move forward for the further questions. Towards end of the Interview they do ask if the candidate has any questions to ask.

Applied, received personality test and invitation for interview. Proces was professional. The interview was OK. One senior executive did grill me pretty hard. I guess to test my limits and how I stood up for myself when put in stressful situations and demands. Not everyonw would have put up with his BS. Later it did turn out that he was a very unpleasant senior manager to work for.
