Went into the office. They make you feel welcomed. Met a man who was insecure about his accent. He asked basic questions to me and another female and started talking about the Obamaphones. That's essentually what you would be selling. The ads on the job boards do jot really say that and the website can be alluding to anything. They say that they can train you to be a manager in 6 to 8 weeks. (Sounds too good to be true.) They claim that they only select 5 people but I believe that they call everyone back. They want you to meet at 7:45AM to neet with Sprint that tell you what you are going to do. I declined but this is what it really is.

Called in for an interview to meet with Daniel which was very brief and then called back for another interview at 8:00 with an account manager and he broke down that the job is pretty much a sales job of selling phones to low income families but they claim they are an advertisement and marketing company when they only work with a few companies in a sales aspect. Has nothing to do with creativity and advertisement but simply to do with sales. Total scam, no health benefits and shady shady people. They make it sound like such a great job but seems inconsistent with no perks. Don’t do it unless you’re truly desperate for a job and want to sell phones to low income families. Also the account manager was extremely rude when I told him I wasn’t interested. Poor company.

I was contacted for an in person interview despite having not applied to the company. First major red flag. I showed up to the 7AM interview 10 minutes early and had to wait in my car for 20+ minutes for the owner to finally show up and unlock the main door. Upon entering the building I was told to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. I ended up being pushed back to 7:30AM and was told that I’d be part of a group interview with one other candidate because the manager “was running late.” Extremely unprofessional, major red flag #2. The interviewer then continued to ask very unprofessional and irrelevant questions that made me and the fellow interviewee uncomfortable and question the legitimacy of the entire organization. We decided while the interviewer was gone that the place is a huge scam and not worth our time. I asked them to please throw out my resume and to not contact me, which was met with hostility. Funny enough, I had to block their number when I got home because they kept calling and texting me. Seriously, don’t walk, RUN AWAY! Also, look at the reviews. Funny how negative reviews are instantly followed up by several 100% reviews. Management is clearly trying to do damage control, and they’re not being very subtle.
