They have you check in first and they put you into a classroom where other interviews are also taking place. I was interviewed by 2 staff members and the questions were fairly simple mainly asking about your experience working with kids and asking for your strengths/ weaknesses

Group interview , room consisted of six people . We worked on group activities and used team work skills conversing with each other about different scenarios. We communicated about the job requirements and then we all took a test .
