Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn, had me tailor my resume to the role, then had me sign a RTR and submit me to the client. Had an interview with the cmient hiring manager about two weeks later and was offered the role in under a week. Got much worse from there. Offer process was super unprofessional to the point I had to decline. Honestly the worst experience I've had in my career when being offered a job. Put no faith in anything you're told and realize your needs dont matter to them, even at the offer stage.
