I interviewed for Bharti Airtel through my college campus. The aptitude test consisted questions from basics of communication and communication systems. It was easy but u must revise all basic concepts from these subjects. test was of 30 mins ans 25 questions were there. No quant, verbal or logical reasoning but more than 50% students were qualified for the test. The next round was a group discussion round followed by interviews. GD is the major elimination they selected only 8 of 47. All the topics were general mostly related to India. e.g Does India need more MBA or Engineers, Make in India - reality of just a fad, Internet of things - possible in India or not , should engineering be more research oriented in India etc. ALL THE BEST

It goes for half an hour and they asked me questions from control system and signals. About my internship and skills. They asked me first about the language I'm comfortable with and they took a test too before interview
