Just Pathetic , nothing else. Interview was held on 16Mar2019 in Gurgaon location . The interview was in tie up with third party CIS and CIS was supposed to conduct 2 rounds while third round was with Airtel. At around 10 in the morning first round was conducted which was written test on Java (2 programs were there).Then we all were asked to wait for second round with CIS. There were around 25 candidates but the interview process was taking so long. At around 4 in the evening I was called for second round . 2-3 questions of oops , work experience , and salary expectation and I was asked to wait for 1-2 hours for the third round. I was waiting for the third round and around 5:30 a person announced my name and said that you are not selected and you can leave. I mean WOW , what a interview.
