It's basically a negative experience. The company is based in Tokyo and I had the first interview over the phone. When I ask to leave company before 5:30 as I have pick up of my child then the HR told me there's no employees who work shortened shift for child care. He took 2 weeks to confirm if it's possible to shorten working hours for 30 minutes. And I said I am sexual minority then he decided me I'm a gay and told me not to talk about it anyone in the company. I was shocked and maybe they should educate people better including HR

Interview process is in good process and it may help you to motivate once you get hired. They will explain to you how the company may help you to step up for your career development.
