Sat down with the GM, he asked me a few questions and then told me that you usually have to do a second interview, but he liked me and my personality and he was going to push me right through. Whole process took less than 10 minutes. Pretty easy if you're friendly, positive and dress nicely.

Entrevista
Applied online and got called few days later for an interview. It was a laid back chat with one of the FOH managers; we talked about my experience in customer service and what I knew about Biaggi's. He then set me up with a second interview with the other service manager, who talked more about the hours and wage I was looking for. Was then hired and given paperwork to fill out. Not a difficult interview if you are friendly and dress nicely.
