      Entrevista

      I went through two rounds of interviews—first with the HR manager and then with the hiring manager. After successfully passing both, I was asked to complete a case study within three days. The case study focused on analyzing UA campaign metrics, establishing correlations, identifying trends, and anticipating potential client concerns. In response, I developed a dashboard, prepared presentation slides, and drafted an outreach email outlining key insights and recommended next steps. I felt confident in my submission. With five years of experience in advertising, this type of work closely reflects what I do on a daily basis. However, I was surprised by what happened next: after submitting the case study, I received no acknowledgment or follow up. I haven’t heard from the company since. I understand that companies may not be able to respond to every CV they receive, but in this case, I had progressed through multiple interview stages and invested significant time in completing the assignment. This experience is disappointing, especially with a company I’ve seen in the market for years. This has ultimately left a lasting negative impression.

      I had my interview with the head of CS and it went well. They sent me the assignment to do and told me it usually takes 72 hours. I worked all day and stayed up to 1 a.m. to get it done. They never responded, even when I sent a follow up email. This shows lack of respect toward participants, the least you can do is tell someone they are not moving on. I'll be smarter next time and ask for an ETA on feedback.

      It was a really nice experience, a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I had the feeling that the interview went very well, and I think the feeling was mutual. It would be a great fit. I liked the team leader. She made a very competent impression to me, her questions were exactly on the spot. I was really glad that I had prepared so well
