Applied a few months ago when they weren't hiring, but received a call last week that they were hiring and wanted to schedule an interview. Came in, manager was super friendly and it was very conversational. Asked why I want to work at big 5, my strengths, weaknesses, and my availability. Was offered a job on the spot. Very easy interview not nerve racking at all.
