It was a fantastic process. The 2 employees interviewing me were fantastic and very respectful. They made me feel at ease with the interview and they asked relevant questions to the position. I appreciated this because it allowed me to get all the info I needed from the interview. I wasn't really looking to switch companies at the time of the interview but I was convinced that Big-D would be a great move for me.
