Phone screen followed by a video interview with the digital director and one of his colleagues. The interview lasted 1 hour. After 2 weeks I decided to follow up with their recruiter to check the status and she told me that she hadn't heard anything from the team yet but will contact me as soon as there will be any news. I never heard from them after.

It was a standard phone screening followed by a group interview. After following up with thank-yous, I awaited feedback and either next steps or notification they were going with another candidate. I received neither, which I believe is referred to as "ghosting."
