It was casual and conversational. The first interview was strictly over the phone and dealt with getting to know me, my background, goals, and where I see myself in the next few years. We then went over expectations from this position, how to move up, and what a successful applicant will end up doing day to day. We then set up a plan to meet in person which ended up falling through since the wanted to start heavily recruiting for a new side of their business.
