I’m writing to express my disappointment and seek clarity regarding the recent process for the HR Business Partner role. On October 30, I was contacted with news that the position had reopened, and I was invited by the Head of HR to interview the following day. I promptly responded with my availability, but received no reply. A few days later, I was instructed to reapply—this being my second time submitting for the role—which I did immediately, following the Head of HR’s direction. Again, there was no follow-up. Ten days later, I received a brief note that the position had been filled. I recognize that hiring processes can evolve quickly, but this experience—particularly the lack of communication after direct outreach—was both confusing and disappointing. As a senior HR leader myself, I value transparency and candidate care, especially when representing a brand as impressive as yours. Your reputation and turnover statistics reflect a very chaotic environment and this experience validates that you need some real leadership in the HR space. BEST WISHES.
