I had heard horrible things about this place but took the chance and applied as I had hoped to bring my customer service skills to the table and maybe increase positive customers experiences with the company. I was set to do the first interview, which was a phone call scheduled by one of the managers/HR. No one showed and when I tried to call the store no one answered. So I feel this was a sign to stay far away.

This was a very easy interview. No situational questions were asked. They mostly talked about my work experience and how it relates to the job. They asked about availability, working on a team. We also discussed selling on commission and how that works.
