Could barely be described as an interview. Was a Christmas hire at a time when they were beyond desperate, had a 15 second phone conversation with the nightfill manager, asked to come in for an interview the next day, went through induction & safety training that afternoon, worked that night.
Group interview and also solo interview with manager and group of other people interviewing. was around 1 hour long. Took two weeks post interview to get the job, and started instantly which was great.

group interview with some interactive activities ad they observe how the groups problem solve this is then followed by a one on one interview with a manager. the whole process took about one hour
