You go through a varying amount of interviews. I knew someone who did four, most did three. They lasted for about an hour each. Everyone is interviewed by the head of education.

Entrevista
I applied, sent in my resume. There were also questions to answer in writing before the interview. I had two interviews and also submitted my references. Then I got the job offer in writing.

Entrevista
Two interviews, one longer than the other. First with HR then one with head of school. Was offered the job upon the second interview. Didn't really ask questions related to job, most of the time I was being told about what it entailed.
