Thanks for taking the time to share your interview feedback for our Support Specialist role. Certain positions at BillGO are required to be in the office Mon-Fri and the Support Specialist is one of them, due to the need for urgency and sensitivity in handling customers' financial inquiries. We posted the in-office requirement in our job description and discussed it during the interview process so as to not leave any room for ambiguity.
Once a week, BillGO hosts a lunch-and-learn session, and all employees are asked to attend. For those in-office, BillGO provides a subsidized lunch via the Relish app and employees can pick from menu items from 2-3 different restaurants each week. Each restaurant offers several accommodations regarding individual dietary needs. Employees are not required to eat anything from those choices, nor are they required to consume anything in the office as many people have various dietary requirements.
