The process took 3 weeks and 3 interviews. The first interview was at a job fair by Billingsley. It was a quick 10 minute interview with the Director of Recruiting. The next interview was a week later at the property I said I’d want to work at. It was with the Property Manager and the Director of Leasing, that lasted about 40 minutes. They do ask thorough, in depth questions at this interview. The third one was at one of their corporate locations with the Regional Manager. Which took about 45 minutes. The interview process was lengthy and a bit challenging. It is a high performing company that is looking for high performing employees. After accepting the job, you will have to take a urine test and pass a background check. Your first day will be at the corporate office for paid orientation where they provide you lunch.
