I did a total of three interviews. I must say before hand that my experience with the recruiter was phenomenal and I did not have any issues. The person involved was super responsive and involved throughout the whole process. My problem was with the interviewers, they did not speak fluent english and it was really frustrating to understand their questions. Most of the time they used terms that did not exist, and asked questions that were answered previously. I felt like they did not pay attention to my answers and they were reading a script. I was rejected because apparently I did not provide a suitable answer to "shelling" which is a term that does not exist and the interviewer made it up as he was not able to explain the question. I'm dissapointed as I spent time despite I read all the negative feedback related with this company just to realize by myself how truly they are. Just an advice for future interviews... If you are planning on hiring european talent, consier having interviewers who can speak fluent english and have good oral and communication skills. It feels like unless you speak mandarian you won't pass the interview.
