I did the hiring process with BPO company instead for this role. 1st round would be quick interview with HR and they will check some basic questions and inform about this role 2nd round would be with team lead from Binance. They will ask in details about your customer experience and how you handle users, your problem solving and some scenarios also about your mental health - like what will push your mood. Also ask some basic questions about company I can't pass the interview and there is no thank you letter to confirm, quite dissapointed that one.

The interviewer was arrogant, and impatient. First interview you get to answer two basic questions about Binance, and after they present you the offer. Regarding the salary, they will ask your previous salary in your previous job position and your expectations of salary. They say that they try to give 15% more than your previous salary so go high, don't be afraid
