There are many rounds of interviews (3 online and 1 in the pilote plant).
Expect only theoretical questions
Ambiance is very bad on the in person interview, even if you're an english speaking candidate, the interviewers will discuss in dutch in front of you during interview after you answer their questions.

Are you able to manage very stressfull jobs?
And then basically all other related to very specific bioprocess knowledge (specially fermentation)
