Interview process was fairly easy: Hiring Manager Interview, Phone Interview then panel interview. You get a tour of the campus before you go to your panel interview. With HR, managers, supervisors. Know job description, antibody structure, basic chemistry/biochemistry techniques like chromatography, concentration, dilutions, assays etc

I had a phone call with the hiring manager for the position. Right off the back, he already had a very soft and boring tone, not engaging at all; he then proceeded to ask questions about my technical experience. Everything seemed like a good fit until I was told at the very end that although I am eager and motivated for an ENTRY LEVEL role, my exact qualifications were subpar compared to other candidates, as if that truly mattered when they trained their hires. Overall not someone I would want to be working with. There is no excitement either; why did questions like "Why Biolegend?" not get asked?
