I applied online, after 2 weeks I received an invitation from HR to give a scientific presentation to the relevant group via Zoom. The panel was composed of all the research group members. The interview was friendly and the people nice, I would have loved to work for them. Unfortunatelly they never contacted me back with an offer or rejection, it would have been nice to get a negative answer at least, this was unprofessional of them

2 rounds (1 remote 30 min, 1 in person 2 h). 1st round with team lead, 2nd round with team + department lead (presentation + interview) and then with whole team.
