Contacted by recruiter, then invited to onsite interview. Extraordinarily poor communication from HR- for example, they sent me the interview schedule for another confidential candidate, and I noted that on that candidate's schedule, a cut-and-paste error had left the name of the third confidential candidate. On the plus side, at least I knew my competition. Also, they emailed me on the day of the interview to ask if I could arrive an hour earlier. I was traveling and did not get this email (they should have called my cell), so when I showed up at what I thought was half an hour EARLY, I was actually half an hour late.

Some of the senior stakeholders asked pointed questions about resource allocation and management; they were clearly shopping for someone who would take their side in what appeared to be continuous turf wars in an undersized facility.

BEWARE OF ILLEGAL HIRING PRACTICES
I was told that a written offer was on its way and was then repeatedly asked to answer personal questions (age, family situation, number/age of dependants, etc). When I declined ("I would be happy to provide those details following a written offer") I was contacted suddenly to say that I was no longer being considered for the role.

Great people, very punctual and asked good questions. Very conversational and easy to chat with. The hiring manager was very open about expectations of the role as well as gaps and opportunities in developing the team. I was excited about the new developments and we discussed that as well

Entrevista
This was a very well handled process: the coordinator was kind and very helpful, .scheduling and logistics were professional, and the interview panel was well prepared and clearly sharp people. I wish I had been offered the role because I was left with a great impression of the company.
