The interview process was smooth, I met with two people, back to back, who were in the program I was looking to enter. Conducted through Microsoft teams. Questions were experience-based, and nothing situational. Overall it was a laid-back process - potentially given the WFH environments.

My experience with the Talent Acquisition "Business Partner" was disappointing due to a lack of professional engagement and poor body language during the interview. If a recruiter isn't really interested in meeting candidates, it's better not to send the invite at all. Furthermore, the complete lack of follow-up and subsequent ghosting is concerning. It makes me question how the company values its employees if they show so little respect for candidates' time and efforts.

- Pretty concise and clear. initial hiring screen followed by interview with hiring manager. A few weeks in between each step with explanation for each step. hiring manager was nice and interested in learning about your background.
