Extremely long, I interviewed three times with seven people. The first interview was with HR, they seemed to of liked me so they then set me up for an interview a week later with the hiring manager for the position I had applied. I was under the impression that they were pleased with my second interview and later HR asked that I come back for a third interview for the same position under another manager a week later. Once I got to the third interview I was told that I was interviewing for a completely different position. A position that I had no interest in or had ever applied for. After my third interview I was told that I would be contacted the next week with an answer. A week went by and no answer from anyone, I sent HR an email and got no response. It's two weeks later and still no one has attempted to reach out to me to at least let me know they moved ahead with another candidate. Most companies at least send you an email letting you know they have moved ahead with hiring someone else. I was pretty much left hanging and hoping. They claim to pride themselves on customer service and putting others first but I received horrible service. The previous reviews had me iffy about the company and I think God knew that I didn't deserve to work for a company who treated potential employees in such a manner.

I applied and was emailed a few days later to set up a phone interview. The day of my phone interview, I received an email AT THE LAST MINUTE asking to reschedule. After reading all the bad Glassdoor reviews, I really didn't care. She rescheduled it for today and when she called, she had me on speaker phone and sounded very sleepy...no energy at all. I told her my schedule request from the beginning because I had just had a bad experience with a previous company & she told me their 3 shifts (8-5, 9-6, & 11-8). I needed the earliest schedule, but she told me that most people work 9-6. She never told me a thing about the position. Lol. I guess that meant they couldn't hire in on the 8-5 shift, which is fine. I appreciate her for not wasting too much of my time...only 12 minutes. I would've been upset if I went through their long hiring process only to find that out in the end.

Very nice woman from HR, casual atmosphere, she explained the job process, did role play from a script, she gave the hours and advise if you work hard and come to work permanent employment is available.
