Applied through linked in. Got an email from HR person shortly after (roughly 1.5 weeks) First interview was with the department manager, very brief. Mostly they described the company. No hard questions. Next interview was on site, saw the space met with same manager and some team members. Mostly toured facilities, no hard questions. Overall, easy interview process. Talked about offer being sent at the end of this second interview. Received offer 2 days later, was able to ask for more $ and got it.
