3 rounds of interview. first round was over the phone and then 2 interviews at the location. One with MD of finance and the other with IT Manager. The people were very pleasant. But did not communicate in time after the interview was over. Had to wait for 3 weeks instead of one week promised. And the pay offered was below average industry standards. Very positive phone interview, rapid request for on-site interview. All arrangements made to my specifications. At my hotel in the location of the corporate headquarters I was met by hiring manager over lunch and began the interview process. At the corporate headquarters received a tour of the facilities and met with COO and HR director. Interview was brief but sufficent to get a good understanding of the corporate culture and left with a favorable impression to enjoy working for their management team.
