It was a 30 min phone interview for the first round. Then it was a two and a half hour long interview with members from the research team. After that, you have to have two letters of recommendation sent from two of your listed references.

3-hours. Very personal. The panel wants you to do well during the interview. There was some technical questions. There was some quantitative questions. There was some behavioral questions. Be prepare with your own questions. Generally a very pleasant experience. Be early, getting there for the first time can be tricky.
