They do not list their salaries on their job descriptions (even though they're based in NY and have NY-based jobs), had me sign an NDA before the interview, assigned a design challenge for me to do in 7 days. They did not get back to me about any of my questions about the design challenge. When I shared my work with them, they never let me know that they got it. I could see that they did open the file and had access, so I revoked their access. But it was probably too late - they have never gotten back to me. They ghosted me DURING the take-home design challenge. They also said this was a founding UX role but they were going to have me do social media as well. They do not value or understand UX, let alone people looking for work.
