I came in, discussed the hours I was available and what they had available, starting pay, etc. I filled out the paperwork and did a drug test, and was done.

I initially interviewed with the site therapist. It was a friendly interview where she reviewed my resume with me and visited with me a little bit to see if I would be comfortable with the job. She was very helpful and answered my questions thoroughly. I had a second interview with a Director who was very, very quiet and low key. He went to great lengths to explain the possible pros and cons of the job to me and explained some types of situations that could arise.
