The recruiter sent me an email with some information about the company and setting a first audio call of half an hour. In this call she make some questions about some marking experiences in a manager role. Also asked if I would need sponsorship and what was the salary expectations. She said me at the end I was moving to the next selection step. After two weeks I had an interview if the director of Engineering, which was a nice guy. It was a nice talk about my experiences and about the company. Two weeks after that I receive a response saying that besides my great experience they had other matches more fit to the company.
